Featured Silica Products
Compare representative fused silica and calcined silica grades for precision casting, technical ceramics, refractory products and specialized mold production.

Cristobalite flour for jewelry investment casting, with white appearance, controlled M3000–M6000 options and particle-size data for wax-tree and flask evaluation. Confirm grade, packing and process requirements before ordering.

Cristobalite powder for dental investment materials, produced from selected white quartz by calcination, grinding, filtration, drying and sieving. Review M3000–M6000 grades, whiteness 90–98 and the approved particle-size data for dental casting trials.

Crystalline silica filler for electronic packaging and epoxy encapsulation, with a 2000–5000 mesh reference, whiteness ≥92, Mohs 7, good mobility and anti-overflow focus. Confirm the resin system and acceptance limits before sampling.
Traceable Quality
Each grade is controlled for chemical composition and particle size distribution. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis, third-party SGS and RoHS reports, ISO 9001 quality management and safety data sheets support purchasing, inspection and export documentation.
Chemical composition and particle size distribution are controlled per grade, and each batch ships with its own Certificate of Analysis.
Third-party evidence includes SGS chemical analysis and a RoHS ten-item screening report that support export and buyer audits.
An ISO 9001 certified quality system plus material safety data sheets support customs and compliance documentation for every export.
