The current M4000 product record references one supplied batch with D50 6.15 μm, SiO2 99.63%, Fe2O3 0.009%, moisture 0.1% and whiteness 94%. These are supplied-batch reference values, not universal release specifications. Confirm every production or trial lot by the current TDS/COA.
Build an extrusion trial around the finished cable
- Fix the formulation: identify the silicone system, filler loading and any other additives held constant.
- Record the compound: document feed sequence, mixing time, temperature and visual or rheological observations required by the customer.
- Run the line: retain the extruder, die, line-speed and cure conditions with each cable sample ID.
- Test the cable: apply the specified finished-cable checks to the actual insulated construction.

Read the extruder and the finished cable separately
Extrusion observations help locate a processing window. The finished cable then provides the application-relevant evidence. Keep these two levels distinct so that a line adjustment is not misread as a material conclusion.
